A spacious and cozy one storey villa located in a quiet suburb near central Reykjavik (about 10 min drive). The house comfortably sleeps 10-12 persons( we have 3 pcs. very comfortable airbeds if needed). The terrace includes a hot tub and a sauna (with shower and toilet). Private car park for 5-6 cars. Short distance to public transport, grocery stores, restaurants, swimming pool and bus station. There is a bus stop in front of the house and central bus station is just 4 minutes away by walk.

Miejsce
This place is were comfortable and has everything you'll need. The neighbourhood is very friendly and we have playing area for kids in short walking distance from the house. The house is perfect for family or large group of people who wants to enjoy their stay in Iceland. The host lives very close to the house and it's no problem to come over if guests have any questions.

Quiet neighborhood that is perfectly located. Not too far from center and not too close. There is a short distance to grocery stores, bus station, playing area for kids, swimmingpool etc. I love this place, its quiet and comfortable. Everything that you will need.
