Welcome to the most affordable place in Ocean City! We have the lowest cleaning and service fees. This two bedroom/two bathroom condo is located just five blocks from the beach and four blocks away from restaurants. Updated appliances and furniture. Two televisions and one DVD player. Cable television with over 220 channels including Showtime. High speed Wi-Fi Internet.

This condo is located with a building shared by 10 other condos. It is located near waterways and only four blocks from Philadelphia Avenue. Walk to the Boardwalk tram station and take a ride on the tram to the south end of the Boardwalk. There is a beautiful water view just a couple of blocks away which has benches and provides beautiful sunsets.
