- Use of the kitchen is limited. Use of refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and kettle. Pleas wash your dishes and clean kitchen area used. paper supplies will be provided.
- Lock front door when you are away
- Turn off lights inside the home when not in use
- Use if the basement and deck area is encouraged for relaxing.
- No parties unless previously discussed - There are additional fees for events - PLEASE discuss prior to arrival so that we can discuss cost.
- You may park in the driveway - please park at the end of the driveway to allow everyone access in and out easily.
- Please do not allow children to run in the house or play on stairs. This is for their safety.
NOTE: *Hosts/Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. We are not responsible for the loss of guests’ personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of these premises.
