Wheather you are traveling to Alamosa for business or vacation, this 2 bedroom - 1 bath recently remodeled home in downtown Alamosa will be the perfect fit for you and your group! you'll have the house to yourself with a fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer on site, keyless entry door, great back yard area with grass, playground, barbecue grill and sitting area. There is one queen size bed, two twin size beds and one pull out bed.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE

We are dog friendly and pet accommodations are FREE but we require our guests to keep off dogs from furniture and bedding, pick up their waste, make sure dogs don't track mud inside (especially if it has been raining or snowing) and pets left unattended for any length of time must be crated.. An extra cleaning fee of $20 per pet may apply if this pet policy is not followed.
