The condo has 24-hour security and 24-hour electricity. There are 2 swimming pools, children pools, jacuzzi, BBQ, restaurant, hair salon on the territory of the condo. Equipied beach with sunbeds, shower, toilet (everything free of charge). There is an individual high-speed wi-fi in the apartment, additional charge is electricity

It is the center of the city where is located the main infrastructure, shops, pharmacies, restaurants do not need to rent a car. All is in a walking distance. There is a private beach in our residence, but the public beaches are also located in a 5-10 min walking distance from the residence. In 15-20 min driving distance is located "Monkey Jungle", a beautiful place with a park where live diferent monkies. Also there is a zip lines for thrill seekers. A 20-minute drive away is the city of Puerto Plata with its historical sites (Malecon, Playa Dorada, Montana Isabel de Torres, Teleferico, Jardin Botanico where Steven Spielberg shot the main episodes of the movie "Jurassic Park"). In a distance of 55 km (1 hour 15 minutes driving in car) is located "27 charcos de Damajagua" (27 waterfalls of Damajagua), a picturesque place with virgin tropical nature and 27 beautiful waterfalls
