With 1,800 square feet of living space and all the comforts of home, our place has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The condo is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before each guest, with all sheets and towels provided. The bathrooms are stocked with a hair dryer and shower essentials including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our family stays here when it's not rented out, and we like to provide guests with the little touches that make a place feel like home.

The main entrance is at ground level, with a staircase up to the main floor. On the second floor is the sun-drenched open concept living, dining and kitchen area, with a half bath and one of three bedrooms. Just off the living room is the deck with Weber gas BBQ.

On the third floor is a large seating or play area with pullout couch, a second bathroom with shower, and two more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with combination shower and large soaker bath tub.

The kitchen is also fully stocked, with a Samsung electric induction stove, Bosch dishwasher, drip coffee maker, microwave, and four slice toaster. There are also full sets of dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and cooking basics such as cooking oil, spices, salt and pepper, coffee, and tea. You'll have everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal at your fingertips, while the rest of your group hangs out at the breakfast bar or in the open concept living room!

If the weather doesn't cooperate, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained indoors. We've got Rogers cable TV with TSN & Sportsnet, Netflix and Disney+, and a cabinet full of board games to keep you entertained on rainy days and long winter nights.

For little ones, we also have a pack and play travel crib, booster seat, a baby gate for the stairs, and a variety of toys for young children.

HST: Please note that your total price paid includes 13% HST, which applies to all short term rental bookings in Ontario.

WEEKDAY PRICING: If your dates are flexible, consider a weekday stay for a significant discount compared to my weekend rates. Please note that this may not apply during high demand periods (July/August school holidays, Christmas/New Years, University Reading Week/March Break). I'm sometimes willing to negotiate the nightly rate during off-peak times such as spring and fall weekdays.

SATURDAY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: I do not normally allow check-in or check-out on Saturday unless the previous Friday has already been booked by another guest. If you wish to arrive or depart on a Saturday or find that your desired dates are not allowed to be booked instantly, feel free to send me a message.

HOLIDAY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: There are some days that check in or check out isn't possible, so that my cleaners can have a well-deserved day off. Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years' Day are the main ones. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME: Normal check-in is 4PM, normal check-out is 11AM. Later check-in and earlier check-out are always okay. Early check in is usually not available during peak times due to cleaner schedules, but please let me know if you have special circumstances.
