A private compound of 4 houses situated right on the Atlantic Coast. Breathtaking, wide open 180 degree views of the ocean and the Maine Islands. Kayakers and boat enthusiasts pass through the Penobscot thoroughfare right in front of the property. Kayak, paddle board, canoe rentals and camping amenities are available down the street, at Old Quarry Adventures. Come see some of the most beautiful coastline in Maine.

Spruce Harbor is a multi-generational family compound on Oceanville Road in Stonington, Maine. Our Family has owned the property since the late 1800's. There are four houses on the property, each with its own distinct personality and ocean view, and all share the private beach and tidal pool overlooking the breathtaking views of the Atlantic and the islands of the Maine coast. It is a quiet, magical vacation haven, the perfect spot to spend quality time with family and friends.
