I have been a Cambridge resident for over 35 years. I have lived in my flatiron (triangle) building for most of those years, and have lived through many different renovations of this building. In this house, I have filled up 3 guests books, mostly hosting members and/or visitors from my local church. I am known for remembering my friend's birthdays. I am a former triathlete and marathon runner, but now just a walker. Because of a sports injury, I became a muscular therapist as a second career, and I am passionate in teaching people about how to care for their muscles. I like the Chinese proverb, "Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime." I am always willing to give a free consult for either body or soul conditions. In my free time I am always trying to do self-care for my own body and working on memorizing the Book of Philippians.
