Inne ważne rzeczy
If coming from Melbourne then Horsham is your last big town in which to refuel or visit the supermarket. Coming from Adelaide then it depends on which direction you are coming from as to what are the last petrol stations or supermarket.
Also there is no mains gas everything operates from bottled gas, but if we can switch it over to new bottle when needed. We are minutes away unless we are out for the day. We can be contacted by phone or email if needed.

Natimuk (approx. 25 minutes from ) Horsham

The Silo Art Trail can be approached from the south, starting in Melbourne, Ballarat, or Horsham.

Head to Rupanyup to see Julia Volchkova's mural of local sporting team members, Ebony Baker and Jordan Weidemann. Don't miss Melbourne artist Georgia Goodie's two murals in town, each depicting local fire fighters.

Drive on to Sheep Hills, to see Adnate's dramatic addition to the Silo Art Trail. His portraits of Wergaia Elder Uncle Ron Marks, Wotjobaluk Elder Aunty Regina Hood, Savannah Marks and Curtly McDonald celebrate the Indigenous culture of northwest Victoria.

Journey on to Brim to see Guido van Helten's silo artwork, the first in Victoria. It depicts four anonymous, local farmers, demonstrating the strength and resilience of the local community.

Melbourne street artist Kaff-eine has explored themes that embody the Mallee's past, present and future in her silo in Rosebery. The town is also home to the Mallee Sunsets Gallery, an old converted timber church showcasing a range of local crafts.

Travel up to Patchewollock to see Fintan Magee's towering portrait of local sheep and grain farmer, Nick 'Noodle' Hulland. Continue on to Lascelles, where Melbourne-based artist Rone has depicted local farming couple Geoff and Merrilyn Horman, on either side of the town's silo.

Drop into the nearby town of Sea Lake to see the newest addition to the trail, painted by Travis Vinson and Joel Fergie, also known as Drapl and The Zookeeper. This work features a young girl swinging from a eucalyptus tree, gazing out over the reflective surface of Lake Tyrrell, the biggest inland Salt Lake in Australia. Experience Lake Tyrrell for yourself, with a viewing platform situated around a ten-minute drive from Sea Lake. In the nearby town of Woomelang, you'll find a snake mural by artist Sirium on the side of the town's general store.

Finish up the Silo Art Trail in the tiny town of Nullawil, to see the work of street artist Sam Bates, or 'Smug'. He's created a portrait of a farmer and his kelpie sheepdog, painted in his trademark photorealistic style.

There is a local milkbar which sells fish n chips and basic items. There is also the local pub which does great pub meals. The adjoining cafe is currently closed due to COVID.
Across the road is a bbq/pizza oven, swings and skate park.

We are quite a new family to the town of Natimuk, having moved here about 18 months ago. However my husband an avid rock climber has been visiting for over forty years climbing at Mt Arapelies and the surrounding crags. Our son Lachlan is a student at the local school, and we are currently building a new house in town. We are also the new owners of The Nati Cafe and Bnb.
