Mini chalet of 75m2 ideally located in St Jean de Sixt, 2 minutes walk from the village center and 5 minutes by car from the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand.

The chalet is located in a quiet residential street in St Jean de Sixt, 300 meters from the village center and shops: mini-market, bakeries, pharmacy, tobacco store / press, sports shops ...
In winter, bus stop leading to ski resorts 300 meters away (free buses).

This chalet is designed to accommodate up to 4 people maximum.

Living room, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet.
** ATTENTION : ** due to its configuration, this accommodation is unsuitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility (narrow spiral staircase).

** THE CHALET IN DETAILS: **
The chalet is designed to accommodate up to 4 people maximum. It is divided into 3 floors:
> Garden level :
* Living room with TV (French and English channels).
* Fully equipped kitchen:
- Fridge / freezer,
- Oven, electric hob (vitroceramic),
- Microwave, toaster, kettle,
- Senseo coffee maker (pods provided),
- Dishwasher,machine
- Raclette & fondue machine,
- Everything you need for cooking (dishes, utensils, pots, pans ...)
* Separate WC, washing machine, dryer,
* Small garden with furniture, barbecue (gas supplied).

> Lower floor :
* 1 bedroom for 2 people with 140x190 bed,
* Bathroom with shower.

> Upper floor:
* 1 Bedroom for 2 people with 160x200 bed,

** INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL : **
* Bed linen and towels
* Unlimited WiFi
* Free private parking 20m from the chalet.
* End of stay cleaning

** TIMES : **
Arrival possible from 3 p.m. If the accommodation is ready before, you will be informed by SMS on the day of arrival. We will not be able to know in advance if the accommodation will be ready before 3 p.m., there is no point in contacting us in advance on this subject, we will not be able to answer you.
Accommodation must be returned before 11 a.m. on the last day (schedule cannot be changed).

** ANIMALS : **
Animals are welcome, under conditions :
- Your animal must not be left alone, unless you are sure that it will not cause any damage and will not bark untimely in your absence,
- You agree to pay the costs incurred by any damage caused by your animal,
- The accommodation must be left clean (cat / dog hair vacuumed ...)
In short, common sense and respect :-)

** ON REQUEST : **
We lend (free of charge) baby equipment: cot, bath, high chair (subject to availability, advance reservation essential).

** NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION : **
Formal smoking ban inside the accommodation (allowed on the balcony).
