My place is in city center. I am NOT living in the house. We design all systems is working automatically. When you book it you will have your own private bedroom( including WC inside) in the city with code you can access 24/7. You can do self-check in with code at anytime. When you book we committed it is final we have never cancel any booking. You’ll love my place because of modern design, clean, quiet, and safe. I will reply to my guess very quick within 5', you will feel you book with people.

1.my house is located at 38/2 Đinh Tiên Hoàng street, dakao ward, district 1, Ho Chi Minh City
2. it is on old french villa. I build a new house on that land. It is very quiet luxury house area of district 1. it is a heart of Saigon.
3.when you book private room then you will have one private bedroom
( including wc inside) , shared living room and dinning room & kitchen at ground floor and terrace roof for private party
4.You have a fully furniture in each private bedroom such as : make up table, chair, hair dryer, iron, etc
5.You will have as the following:
-one 55" LED and smart TV at living room(shared),Iphone or ipad ready connector
One number of 43" internet LED TV(your own), Iphone or ipad ready connector
- Iron, hair dryer each private bedroom( your own)
-smart lighting system inside the house
-airconditioners with remote
- Wifi - high speed internet 30 MB per sec
-Cable TV with international channels
-All cooking facilities provided (shared)
-Towels, toiletries also provided.
-Washing detergent and softener also provided( shared)
-Washing machine & dryer machine and also dry lines in roof floor (shared)
-Microwave oven with grills, toaster (shared)
-1 bedroom has 1 king bed (180x200cm - foam and springed mattress) and layered satin cotton sheets and pillow cases
-Built-in Electric stove

- there is no construction nearby now, renovation is completion now.
- there are four cameras in the house , one outside, two in the living room, one in the roof floor. If you have a problem with it let me know i can show you to turn it off.

there are 4 houses inside one ancient villas, our neighbor is very friendly but please don't make noise during the night. you can have a very quiet environment inside a noise city.
