This large 2 bedroom apartment, built in the 1870's is located in the heart of the old town, Port of Echuca. Historic tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, shops and river walking tracks all only meters from the front door. It has 1 King & 1 Queen bedroom (which can accommodate an extra single futon) and the open plan lounge and dining area can accommodate a King single/double. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and dining. The apartment also includes a bathroom, separate toilet and laundry.

Miejsce
Echuca Moama is located 2.5 hours North of Melbourne. It is the oldest and was the largest inland port in Australia. Little Hopwood Street (the lane way providing access to the apartment) was a fledgling business empire created by Henry Hopwood, Echuca's founder, in the 1850's.

Experience the historic Port of Echuca with easy access to all of the many tourist attractions around Echuca and Moama.

Right below the home is some of Echuca's best restaurants, bakeries, tourist attractions and bars.

The King Bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed with high quality bed coverings. The view from among the tree tops of the action on High Street is beautiful.

The Second bedroom is a Queen Bedroom. The Queen room can also accomodate a dingle futon and looks over High Street and from here you will often see and hear the horse and cart pass on the street below.

The lounge room, dinning and kitchen areas are all open plan. The lounge is large enough to combine both additional beds to make a King size futon (or 1 double and 1 single futon).

All rooms are large enough to sleep additional guests but to do so, all bedding must be supplied by the occupant. All linen is provided for each of the beds and sofas within the apartment.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Glassware, cooking utensils, crockery and pots are provided. The dining table will accommodate 8 people.

There is a light filled bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate toilet. A laundry with washing machine, detergent, clotheshorse and iron.

Wifi, a selection of basic cereal, fresh milk, fresh bread, juices, herbal tea and tourist information are all made available for guests on arrival.

Convenient access to the apartment is made possible by the use of the key safe located at the front door. Codes to access the key safe will be provided 1 day prior to your arrival.

For guests with infants, we have 1 portable cot (including sheets) available and can provide a high chair if requested. There is a door at the top of the stairs to prevent little ones accessing the stairs on their own.

The apartment in on the 2nd story of the building. Guests will need to be able to climb 1 flight of stairs to access the apartment.

Guests have private access to the entire second level of the establishment. Entry to the apartment is via Little Hopwood Street (The lane way beside the Moama Bakery at 590 High Street) In the lane is a maroon gate opening to a small courtyard with the front door. A key safe is beside the front door - guests will be provided with the code 1 day prior to arrival.

Enter through the front door and up the stair way, careful to take note of the historic markers exclusive to this residents, into your fully self contained large 2 bedroom apartment. There is all day parking along the Little Hopwood Street (please take note of any 'keep clear' areas) and at the rear of the block on Murray Esplanade.

The bakery delivery trucks deliver to this store around 5am, most will sleep through it but it is worth noting and their fresh delights and coffee will make it all worth it.

Whilst in the apartment you will hear the beautiful sound of the historic Paddle Steamers and you can walk a short 500m to the historic Port Precinct. On High Street you have access to many delicious restaurants and bars and the retail district is within 800m walk.
