BCM Private Villa, located at Sitio Bayanan, Ilijan Batangas City, is capable of catering fun and comfort while enjoying your extraordinary experience away from the City. Overlooking the serene beauty of the beach across Verde Island and Puerto Galera, it’s a delight to immerse in the sea and beat the heat with the clear water where dolphins splash around. Do various water activities like scuba diving, snorkeling, and kayaking where you can be charmed by the beauty of our living coral reefs.

BCM Private Villa is open with CAUTIONS abiding by COVID health and safety protocols as well as the Barangay ordinances in terms of curfew and loud noise.

In the interest of the health and safety of all my guests, I’m asking everyone to answer the following questions before they book:

* What is originating City?
* Can you provide proof of COVID vaccination cards with IDs? (MUST HAVE)
* Masks are a MUST upon entering the Villa and interaction with the Staff.
* In the last two weeks, have you or anyone you live with traveled to any areas that COVID-19 has impacted?
* Have you or anybody else from the group been diagnosed with, or suspect that you have contracted, COVID-19?
* Do you currently have any travel restrictions in your area due to COVID-19?
* Who is traveling with you? e.q. family, friends, company outings, etc.
* Total # of pax?

1. Weekends (Fri - Sat) / excluding Holidays*
Php24,000/night - 15 pax or less
+ Php3,000/trip - cleaning fee**
Php27,000 / nightly rate (Fri - Sat)

2. Weekdays (Mon -Thur) excluding Holidays*
Php21,000 / night - 15 pax or less
+ Php3,000/trip- cleaning fee**
Php24,000 / nightly rate (Mon - Thu)

3. Sunday excluding Holidays*
Php22,000 / night - 15 pax or less
+ Php3,000/trip- cleaning fee**
Php25,000 / nightly rate (Mon - Thu)

Note Extra Fee for additional guests over 15 pax;

Infants/3 Year’s old & under - free of charge
Adults - P750/head
Senior Citizen (60+)/Kids 4-7 yrs old - P500/head; need to show an ID upon check-in for senior citizens
* Php3,000 cleaning fee is per trip of 1 - 2 nights of stay; additional Php1,000 per succeeding night(s)

Check-in time is strictly 2 pm or later and check-out is 11 am the following day.


BCM Private Villa management follows the enhanced cleaning protocol’s 5-step process between each stay.

The staff wear a mask or face covering when interacting in person with guests and maintain six feet/2 meters of distance from each other at all times

Step 1: Prepare - Proper preparation helps the staff clean the Villa more efficiently and safely. We make sure to:
* Ventilate the space before and during cleaning, when possible
* Use disinfectants approved for use against COVID-19
* Wash or disinfect hands, and wear a mask and gloves while cleaning

Step 2: Clean - Cleaning is when the staff removes dust and dirt from surfaces, such as floors and countertops. We make sure to:
* Sweep, vacuum, dust, and mop areas before sanitizing
* Wash all dishes and laundry at the highest heat setting possible
* Wipe down hard surfaces with soap and water

Step 3: Sanitize - Sanitizing is when the staff use chemicals to reduce the number of bacteria on surfaces such as doorknobs and TV remotes. We make sure to:
* Spray high-touch surfaces in each room with an approved disinfectant spray
* Let the disinfectant stand for the length of time specified on the product label
* Allow the surface to air-dry

Step 4: Check - The Host/Property manager has access to custom cleaning checklists based on listing details. We make sure to:
* Refer to the best practices in each room-by-room checklist to make sure that all areas are cleaned and sanitized between each stay
* Share these requirements with my hosting team/staff and cleaning crew

Step 5: Reset - To help prevent contamination, it’s essential to finish cleaning and sanitizing a room before replacing items for the next guest. We make sure to:
* Wash hands and replace gloves before replacing guest supplies, linens, and cleaning kits
* Safely dispose of or wash cleaning supplies and protective gear
* Don’t re-enter a room once sanitized
* Empty and clean types of equipment (e.g., vacuum, microfiber cloths) between each turnover



BCM Villa Management strictly implements ”NO EXCESSIVE NOISE”, no KTV, neither partying with loud sounds/music AFTER 10 pm. The normal conversation by the gazebo area/backyard after the said curfew hours for the loud noise would be fine while enjoying the cool breeze coming from the ocean.
All violators would be fined, or by losing their safety deposit. There would be Barangay Tanod who would be doing their rounds during nighttime at management's request.

STRICT Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.


The Entire Villa is fully air-conditioned and its amenities are exclusively being leased by a single group of guests Only (No Sharing With Other Group).

Villa has 5 bedrooms including the Ocean View Master Suite Bedroom (w/ private jacuzzi/bathroom and balcony) and the Air-conditioned Penthouse (5th room)

Bedroom Arrangement:

Bedroom 1: 3-4 pax occupancy (1st floor)
Bunk bed: mini queen size for 2 pax (bottom) and 1 person on top, plus floor single mattress (1)

Bedroom 2: 3-5 pax occupancy (2nd floor)
Bunk bed: mini queen size for 2 pax (bottom) and 1 person on top, plus floor double mattress (1-2 pax)

Bedroom 3: 5-7 pax occupancy (2nd floor)
Bunk bed: Double bed for 2 pax (bottom) and 1 person on top; plus a Mini Queen size, separate bed for 2 pax, plus floor double mattress (1-2 pax)

Bedroom 4: Ocean View Master Suite Bedroom (2nd flr) with private Jacuzzi and balcony: 2-4 pax occupancy

Penthouse (Bedroom 5): 6-8 pax occupancy (3rd flr)
2 queen size & 2 single size floor mattresses

Note: Floor comfy mattresses would be provided to additional guests over 15 pax and sleep into our open spaces air-conditioned rooms, e.g., Penthouse (5th bedroom)

Staff will come in the morning and afternoon during your stay to clean and sanitize the pool, dispose of the garbage outside the house ONLY. Please put your trash in the bin outside before you go to sleep for disposal and cleanliness.

The caretaker will only come inside the house if guests forgot to turn off the lights in the morning and if her assistance is needed due to guests privacy.
