Our charming one bedroom one bathroom shipping container apartment has a modern and cozy feel with a great kitchen for cooking and cozy living room. The apartment has air-conditioning and/or space heaters that keep the container very comfortable. The container apartment has a large window and high ceilings. It's the perfect place for an unconventional getaway.

Our container apartment shares property with our home. There is a separate entrance and two private courtyards.

Miejsce
It is a unique refrigerated shipping container house. It is well designed. The container cottage is in an integrated neighborhood on the Eastside of Gainesville. You can walk to neighborhood restaurant Satchel's and Public and General. The container is close Walmart, Publix, and Ward's (our local grocery store). We are hosting pets (dogs only) at this time.

Our guest are encouraged to park on the paved driveway. Guest have access to 2 private fenced courtyards and the shipping container home.

Pets
We are happy to welcome pets (dogs only) in the shipping container. We do ask that you notify us ahead of time if you plan to bring a pet. Our cleaning crew charges an extra $15 pet cleaning fee. Please leave the $15 on the counter for our cleaning crew. We also ask that you do not allow the pet on the bed or couch. Please have your pet on flea and tick medicine Thank you.
