The large east facing balcony offers views extending down to Byron Bay lighthouse and opportunities to watch whales and dolphins swimming off-shore.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
Accommodation comprises of 2 large bedrooms, both with ensuites, lounge room, dining room, guests powder room, large open plan kitchen and euro-style laundry. Both the lounge and dining rooms have direct access to the balcony. This apartment has recently been renovated and offers a rustic provincial feel with coastal decor and unique architectural features.
The apartment provides access to the resort’s pools, tennis courts, gym, BBQ facilities, shopping and restaurant precinct. Guests benefit from huge savings by booking this privately owned apartment direct through the owner’s offsite agent.

BEDROOM & BATHROOMS
• Large master bedroom with King size bed, flat screen TV and views of the ocean. A fully tiled ensuite with dual hand-basins, w/c, large shower and a full sized bath with spa.
• Large second bedroom with 2 King-single beds and a private balcony with ocean views and views of the lagoon pool. Flat screen TV. Fully tiled ensuite with large vanity, w/c and shower.
• Guests powder-room.
• The sofa in the lounge converts to a double bed (additional charge for linen).

MEET AND GREET SERVICE

This apartment is privately owned and let by Corporate Boardies who are local residents and licenced offsite real estate agents. It is not connected with any of the Onsite Managers in any way, shape or form.

We meet and greet all our guests that book with us directly at the front entrance of the property, show you your holiday apartment, offer face-to-face explanation about the property and location and then personally hand you the keys.

You wont have to wait at the reception desk to check in/out or collecting keys from outside agents as we go to you. Onsite reception desks are not available for guests booking with us, however if you need any assistance during your stay, we are only a phone call away.

Our own Corporate Boardies team of housekeepers keep each property immaculate. Again housekeeping is separate from the Onsite operators and all consumables, linen and towels are provided by our company.

As we are registered real estate agents, you can be sure that your money is safe, as all deposit monies are held in trust.

CHECK IN / OUT

Check-in time is not before 2pm (NSW time) on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am (AEST) on departure date.
Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges will apply.
You must notify Management of expected arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 1 day before arrival.

Check-in/check-out and key collection/return procedure will be as follows unless special arrangements have been made prior to arrival.

Guests are to advise 24 hours prior to arrival an estimated time of arrival at the resort or holiday home address so that the property manager can meet them at the front entrance of the resort/or property to show them to their apartment/home. Special arrangements will be made for arrivals after 6pm (NSW Daylight saving time).
