We have lot's of folks that stay at our house as a transition for re-location to nearby communities such as Estrella Mountain.

SPRING TRAINING AND BALLPARKS
Our location is a favourite for Spring Training with the Goodyear ball park only a few blocks away.

FOOTBALL, HOCKEY, RACING, CASINO, BASEBALL
The Phoenix Speedway is really close and Glendale is fifteen minute drive for the NHL Coyotes, NFL Cardinals. The speedway is only tens minutes drive to Avondale. MLB and NBA fans can drive downtown less than a half hour for the Diamondbacks or Suns at the Talking Stick Casino.

SPORTS
We have five sets of graphite golf clubs and Tennis rackets available.
Two mountain bikes, hockey sticks and net. Basketball hoop. Bats and Balls of every variety.

SHOPPING
Tanger outdoor shopping outlets is a favourite only fifteen minutes drive.

RESTAURANTS
There are plenty of restaurants nearby in all directions. Black Bear Diner, Rudy's BBQ and Oreganos are some of our Favourites.
