Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business.

Enjoy the kitchen space and help yourself to breakfast. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, toast, breads, ect.) are all included with your listing.

We are within a 10 minute drive of Sky Harbor International Airport, Old Town Scottsdale, ASU and downtown Tempe. Downtown Phoenix with its restaurant, events and museums is also about 15 or 20 minutes away.
We are very close to several of the Spring Training events fields. We enjoy views of the Papago mountains to the south and Camelback mountain to the North.

We live in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools; most of our neighbors have lived here for decades. Plenty of street parking right in front of our property.

I work as a Technical Program Manager at Intel in new business development opportunities for IOT customers in the Transportation sector. Jayson moved to Phoenix about 25 years ago and is the designer responsible for our contemporary home. He owns wellness centers focused on skeletal health (OsteoStrong).

My partner Jayson and I are passionate about home sharing and excited to be your Airbnb hosts in our beautiful home. The two of us work as a Host team and are supported by a fantastic housekeeper named Damaris. We have been hosting since 2015 and are also Airbnb Ambassadors, helping new hosts get started and creating amazing experiences for new guests. We welcome interaction during your stay, sharing our experiences and helping you get the most out of your Phoenix stay. We enjoy adventure traveling, cycling, photography, scuba diving, modern architecture and interior design, cooking, fine dining and TV. We used to take a couple of two-week trips overseas every year but with more remote work options working vacations are now part of the mix too. South East Asia is a favorite destination and a part of the world we have visited extensively. Mexico is our newly-discovered destination we’ve gotten love since the pandemic. We use Airbnb as much as possible (or midrange hotels), walk around a lot and explore local experiences.
