Location:
The house is located at 308 Killington Rd., Killington, VT 05751, just a few minutes from Killington main lodge and all mountain amenities. The free ski shuttle stops right in front of the house for a convenient commute if you prefer not to drive or walk. Killington Road or Access road as it is called by locals is in the middle of everything Killington has to offer, including 200+ ski trails of diverse terrain, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, legendary night-life, fine dining, and so much more.

The Heavenly house:
This smart house comes equipped with brand new high-end appliances, fireplace, state of the art security and home automation systems, and a large seven-person hot tub in the backyard! No expense was spared when constructing this beautiful, energy efficient, home with top of the line finishing’s and cathedral ceilings. The house is Green/Energy efficient with super insulated walls, smart sensors, LED lighting, and a powerful priority zone boiler ensuring you never run out of hot water. The house also has a triple stage active carbon water filtration system providing the purest deep well water accessible so you can enjoy the best tasting water, coffee, and tea. It was just constructed in 2016 and sits on a 1 acre property, which provides private parking for over ten cars. The house also has a deck and balcony, perfect for entertaining guests.

The Experience:
Brilliantly designed and exceptionally decorated, the house provides ample space for entertaining. The property managers paid special attention to even the smallest of details so guests can experience supreme convenience and comfort. The home is decorated with a great blend of modern and traditional ski house furniture/furnishings, including: private outside ski storage closets with locks, electronic ski boot dryer with bench, gas fireplace, 60 inch LED TVs with Xfinity cable, Alexa personal voice assistant, FireTV, Amazon video & music, iHeart Radio, Netflix, games, many digital channels, karaoke machine with large selection of songs or use your own library and other entertainment options, audiophile quality sound system with HDMI, USB and Bluetooth connectivity and a custom built 10 seat wood dining table (handmade by a New York artisan).

The Space:
The house is a two family house and divided into two fully functional units with separate kitchens, living, bathrooms, bedrooms and decks. Units are connected by large foyer and stairs inside the house. Guests can rent the whole house or each unit separately. Please refer to the calendar for pricing or contact the property manager for a quote. Please note: This listing is for both units.
