This two (2) story loft unit is a five (5) star property that is located in the lively Santana Row refined dinning and shopping district. It has access to restaurants and shops within walking distance. The area has become a magnet for both locals and out-of-towners. Santana Row is the place to stay in San Jose with it's European charm.

The space is exclusively AirBnB so empty closets and no personal belongings, just space for you;)!This larger luxury flat is located in the most desirable area in Silicon Valley, Santana Row. "The Row" is an upscale residential, shopping, dining, and entertainment complex in San Jose, California. Everything is within walking distance. There is no need to drive.

The condominium is perfect for business travelers or family vacationers (up to 5 people). The two-story loft has a spacious master suite with an in-suite full bathroom and a walk-in closet. There is a 2nd guest bedroom with a half bath. Guests can also use the large couch with a sleeper length chaise.

The open floor plan includes full size kitchen, dinning and living room areas. You'll have the entire unit all to yourself.

Public transit in San Jose (and the entire South Bay portion of the Bay Area) is provided primarily by VTA, which operates bus and light-rail (modern streetcar) service. Caltrain also provides rail service throughout a portion of Santa Clara County.

A starter set of paper towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Guests purchase additional supplies depending on their preferences and length of stay.

*Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and return the house in the same condition it was found.

*Only use appliances for their intended uses.

*Smoking is NOT allowed. *Pets are NOT allowed.

*People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

*Child/children require adult supervision at all times in the condo the building complex. No child/children can be left alone without adult supervision at any time inside the condo or in the complex.

*The Guest(s) using this condo assumes all risks and liability related to property use (including all medical bills associated with property use)

*No parties.

*Guest shall allow Host access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner..

*All of the units are privately owned; the owners (Hosts) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners (Hosts) are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. "The apartment is centrally located on the fantastic Santana Row it was well maintained with every facility you could wish for. Ginger provided every assistance to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable and maintained contact throughout .The apartment is in the heart of the Santana Row and is so well located for the shops, restaurants, gym and transportation to places such as San Francisco the property has a secure garage space too. Supermarkets and Westfield Shopping Mall are literally across the road . The row is an amazing place with so many restaurants and high quality shopping on the door step with Al Fresco dining or indoors if preferred restaurants such as the Left Bank, The Yard House and Maggianos are a must the row is classy and definitely the place to be.
