Join me on the most beautiful last fortification trail of the Maltese Islands. The Last Fortification trail will see us hike around Fort Campbell and its underlying beaches. Fort Campbell is the most important fortification north of the Victoria Lines, and the last major fortification to be built in Malta by the British between 1937 & 1938 We will start our hike on a hilltop at Selmun Chapel on the outskirts of Mellieha, walking towards Selmun Palace. The palace used to be rented out to knights of the Order of Saint John as a place to relax and hunt wild rabbits, which were commonly found in the area. Following the path around the palace we can enjoy unobstructed views of Mistra Bay below us. Squaring up to Fort Campbell we take a right at the fork through a downhill path that cuts through cultivated farmland. Looking down from Rdum il-Biez you can see the beautiful blue waters of Ras il-Mignuna. Making our way across an uneven path, we can enjoy the magnificent views of St.Pauls Islands to our right. We now find ourselves in uncharted territory where not many Maltese have ventured before due it the areas remoteness. Directly after, we will go to 2 different classic tapas bars where we will get "ugly" but delicious tapas and drinks! You will go on this walking tour accompanied by one of our local team members. You will understand more about Spanish food by the history of our products, people, wineries, processing and more. In the end, you will see how Spanish gastronomy is comprehensive, simple, and most of all, delicious. How is this different from other tapas tours? Well, that's easy! Culturally when people travel, they are not very fond of new "ugly-looking" food. However, from the very beginning, we will get you interested in it and leave loving it.

I will take you to what I consider the top 4 locations to visit in Valencia in ONE AMAZING EPIC DAY! During the trip we will visit waterfalls, swim in a natural thermal spring lagoon (25C year round), water caves, canyons, and a few surprises along the way. It is not too extreme or strenuous as we move to the different locations with the minivan. Let’s call it a glamventure day :) This is NOT a hiking day. This tour is suited for almost everyone. Fit or not, young or more experienced ;-) I will guide you to get close to the massive waterfall, swim at the thermal springs and really almost whatever you are up to. If you are not so active, all the locations are perfect for chilling, taking amazing pictures and just enjoy a perfect day in the nature with fellow travellers. Of course there are nice stops to have local food and drinks. This experience is perfect for couples, group of friends, families, hen/stag dos and solo travellers.

Explore Valencia old town from a local's perspective, learning the secrets of the side streets and traveling through time as we discover Roman, Gothic and Baroque architectural styles. We will be more than happy to take your favorite holiday photos as we pass the beautiful buildings! The tour will finish in one of the most emblematic spaces of Valencia: the Arab wall, a site of great historical importance dating back to the 11th Century and the reign of El Cid. Here, enjoy an exclusive and intimate dining venue - a Moorish cave and secluded outdoor patio - where we prepare a menu of local tapas and traditional paella, showcasing the best of local produce. This menu is complemented by a comprehensive wine-tasting, with prizewinning wines sourced from the Valencian region. With each course, we share what makes the ingredients so special to the Valencian community. We can cater for all specific dietary requirements. Tras encontrarnos en Huerto Ribera, iniciaremos juntos un precioso recorrido por la finca, la fachada monumental de 1870, rodeada por montañas, con unas vistas increíbles en plena naturaleza. Pasearemos por los jardines del Huerto Ribera con naranjos centenarios. Caminaremos entre naranjos, conoceremos su tradicional cultivo, comparándolo con las técnicas más modernas, y veremos todas las variedades de cítricos plantadas: Sanguinelli, Citrus Yuzu, Mano de Buda, Limas, Caviar cítrico, Calamondin, Kumquats... Aprenderéis todo sobre el cultivo de los cítricos. Conoceréis su historia, los sistemas de plantación, de poda, de riego, injertos… También os contaremos la situación de los agricultores y del sector citrícola para acercaros la realidad del campo valenciano. Podréis recolectar vuestras propias naranjas o mandarinas de temporada (en temporada, de febrero a junio) y observar distintas variedades de cítricos. We’ll go to 3 different locations that deserve to be visited: Zahara de la Sierra, Setenil de las bodegas and Ronda. We will make stops to take the best pictures and, at the same time, we’ll have time to explore each town and delight ourselves with the amazing gastronomy of this villages. Schedule? Here we go, team!: 9.00 am pick up at Prado de San Sebastián (we have our own private van) 10.30 am breakfast time: arriving at Zahara de la Sierra,we will enjoy a typical Andalusian breakfast at a highway bar which is a must to charge our batteries for the rest of the day. In Zahara we will visit the water reservoir, get to some panoramic points to take the best photos and then get into the beautiful town to walk it upside-down. 1.15pm hopefully arrived to Setenil de las bodegas (the town with the cave/mountain houses), time to have lunch (amazing tapas in a local restaurant) and keep walking to reach the upper point of the town, best views. 3.30 already in Ronda, time to explore the beautiful town (oldest bullring, Roman bridge, balcony) 5.30 pm, time to get on the van and start our journey back to Seville. 7.00 pm arrival at Seville. Other things to note You need to be able to walk and enjoy, we are opened to any request or doubt, we just want you to feel as good as possible and make the experience worth every cent.
