The furnished rooms available for use are as is. It is near the Hanford Park and Gerk Arboretum. WiFi is available. I built a second bathroom near the rental room which is functional but needs some cosmetic work and trim as Covid 19 put all repairs to a stop. Use of kitchen, laundry, and other spaces can be arranged. Off street parking. Home owner has cats and has medical knee and hip issues. Long term tenant is living upstairs in the laundry/second bedroom, Ara.

The Tulip room is located on the second floor of the historic Decker House B&B. The room welcomes you with a Queen size bed and a large marble sink and vanity with a private bath and shower in the hall. The guest bathroom is used only by the occupants of this room. Your stay includes a generous, satisfying homemade breakfast and a never ending cookie jar. The Decker House is located in historic downtown Mason City and within walking distance of restaurants, museums, and shopping.
