My mum and I will host you in Order to teach you how to make Moroccan mint tea and how to cook delicious Morrocan food such as Tajine or Couscous and eating this after. while this adventure we will enjoy together by exchanging the cultures and letting you attempting our traditional Moroccan clothes as the famous Moroccan CAFTAN , Takchita , Jellaba and more... Local experience on foot
We start up our tour in the morning with a traditional breakfast at a local spot to craft our local experience. Then our walking tour starts together with Mohammed V Square "Pigeons Square" that forms the central hub of Casablanca’s new town and is home to some of the most striking architecture in the city. Along with the neighboring United Nations Square. It’s a large palm-tree lined public square represents the place where the old and new town meet. Followed by a relaxed walk through the Medina (old town) of Casablanca. Dip into the daily life of the locals and travel back in time while rambling through the narrow streets. Discover some influences from the French colonial era after visiting the bustling marketplace where clothes, spices and traditional leather goods are offered by handi-crats workers. Up to a real must-see monument “Hassan II Mosque” with its impressive world’s tallest minaret. Admire the building from the outside and listen to the incredible facts about its dimension.. The mosque is known by its high minaret of 210 meters. Finally, we’ll get to know La Corniche. Last, we finalize our tour with a delicious Moroccan lunch Other things to note * To join a guided tour in Hassan II mosque: 1- You have to buy a ticket as entry fee there (130 DH). 2- Women should bring a scarf to cover their arms to be allowed to enter.

This gorgeous square is the administrative centre of the city and was built under the French protectorate. > From the square, we will take a turn into the Boulevard Rachdi, to have a closer look at the fantastic looking Sacre Coueur church. The church was designed by French architect Paul Tournon in Neo-Gothic style in 1930. From 1956, the church has no religious function anymore, but is used as a cultural centre open to visitors. >Followed by a relaxed walk through the Medina (old town) of Casablanca. 4 Days Desert Tours from Casablanca
DAY 1: CASABLANCA – MEKNES - FES Today we pick up you in Casablanca and we start our private tour driving to Fes with a guided tour of capital Rabat and also Meknes. We make short stops to visit the Roman ruins in Volubilis and then on to Fes where we’ll arrive in the evening. Overnight in a traditional Moroccan riad/hotel with dinner. DAY 2: FES – AZROU – MIDELT – ZIZ VALLEY – MERZOUGA Today we explore Fes city including the Jewish Quarter (the Mellah) and the Royal Palace (yard), which is the biggest one in the country. Then we’ll leave Fes travelling towards Ifrane, referred to as “the Switzerland of Morocco”. During this journey you’ll see glimpses of the Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas Mountains. Stopping at Azrou, a Berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forest, the largest in Morocco, where you may well see Barbarian apes. Lunch will be in Midelt in a traditional Moroccan restaurant , then afterwards we’ll travel through the Tizi Ntalghamt pass and along the magnificent Ziz Gorges carved through volcanic rock and along the spectacular Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views along the way. We’ll drive through welcoming Berber villages to Erfoud and then Rissani, before arriving to Merzouga. We enjoy camel ride guided by an experienced camel man. This camel ride takes about 1 hour to arrive to the camp-where you will spend the night- in the middle of the highest sand dunes to enjoy the sunset and watch stars . the dinner will be served at the camp. DAY 3: MERZOUGA DESERT – TODGHA GORGE – DADES VALLEY Today in the morning we watch a beautiful desert sunrise, walk over the sand dunes and admire the amazing landscape of the Sahara Desert. After breakfast we go through the palm groves to Rissani, to visit the marketplace (open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays), and continue to Erfoud to visit the manufactures of fossilized marble. We will reach the Todgha Gorge, the highest narrowest canyon in Morocco. Lunch and walk through the Gorge to appreciate the wonderful landscape. In the afternoon we head towards the Dades Valley and spend the night in Boumalne Dades. DAY 4: DADES VALLEY - ROSE VALLEY – SKOURA – MARRAKECH After breakfast we explore Dades Valley. Later on, we drive towards the Valley of Roses driving through the palm groves of Skoura and the “One Thousand Kasbahs” road, where you can appreciate 17th-century kasbahs. We will have lunch in Ouarzazate and, if you are interested, we can visit the cinema studios and the cinema museum. We will arrive in Marrakech in the evening and transfer you to the hotel. Join me on an Authentic homemade Moroccan food, tea, and local culture ! In this experience, I will be sharing a piece of my ancestor's traditions. Both robust and light, spicy and sweet, rustic and refined, the tagine, with its unique form reflects the soul of Moroccan culture and its inhabitants. What we will do: Shopping for ingredients: This meal can be made with a variety of ingredients, including meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruits, spices, and olive oil .. join me in my neighborhood to find the ingredients. Prepping the ingredients: preparing together and sharing my grandmother's recipe for this meal. Cooking: the final l component of this culinary technique is low fire. in the span of an hour, It allows all the ingredients to cook slowly and imparts the dish its distinct flavor. Homemade tea: While the food is cooking on slow heat, we will be having a cup of tea and a chat :) Eating together: using pieces of fresh flatbread to scoop up the dish. the common way of eating. Please feel free to request a fork if you are avoiding carbohydrates or have gluten sensitivity. And of course, enjoy your meal!

Then we'll go to local market to buy fresh ingredients and then to house because this is not a demonstration, but a fun cooking class where you can cut, slice , chop, and spice up. Casablanca is a city bursting with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Cooking and eating with locals is fun and exciting. This experience is simply a cultural exchange over a meal! It’s for those who really want to get to know the world and the people living in it. You will learn how to cook authentic local dishes (famous Tagine) and also how to make Moroccan Mint tea with fresh mint, you will experience every part of the food preparation process ! Back in the kitchen, you’ll experience the warm hospitality at the heart of Moroccan cuisine that is the essence of this local culinary experience. Si vous souhaitez voir Casablanca de tous les temps, suivez -moi! Les différents aspects de la ville se déclinent dans la commune d'Anfa, un voyage dans l'histoire de la ville, de la période coloniale aux 18ème siècle et… plus encore! Pour vous j’ai conçu un itinéraire unique qui vous donne quelque chose de beau, intéressant ou surprenant à voir, ressentir et vivre! Marcher permet d’aller vraiment partout et, même si l’on marche vite, on se déplacera plus lentement qu’à vélo ou qu’en bus. Marcher laisse le temps de sentir les odeurs, les sons, les couleurs, de remarquer les gens et créer une vraie connexion avec la ville Alors pourquoi randonner dans Casablanca? Oui, nous allons bien randonner , nous allons marcher à pas régulier pendant trois heures , avec une pause de trente minutes dans un petit restaurant local au port où je vous invite à déguster une Mquila et un Tagine de poisson et un verre de thé au thym.
