The cooking class with Cátia is perfect for visiting a local market where we will buy some groceries that we will use and to feel the local environment. Then we will prepare the meal in our kitchen located at the city center near the Train Station São Bento, where Cátia will teach you how to cook the Portuguese traditional meal. We encourage our guests to help/learn, but if you just want to watch, enjoy the meal and the conversation is perfectly fine. Food you will have during the tour: - Olives, lupines, grilled sausages, Alheira with marmalade mayonnaise, Cod dish, Pastel de Nata. Drinks included: - Water and juices, red or green wine, espresso.
