The beauty of nature with a taste of adventure !

We leave Silves and go straight into the hills. We use a classic Portuguese jeep to explore little paths and take our time to enjoy the views. Often the way will be steep so the ride will be exciting as well as beautiful. You will experience a variety of scenery. There will be hills and valleys, arid and green landscapes, open views as well as dense vegetation. The first part of our journey has many ups and downs, the return is gentler with panoramic views of the Monchique hills and coastline.

Along the way we will stop at a few secret spots to stretch our legs and enjoy the surroundings. If you are lucky you may see some local wildlife. I have already seen deer, boar, foxes and other animals...

In the hotter months we often ride in the morning or evening. At these times the light is beautiful and the air is cool. We normally ride open but if it is too hot I can mount a sun shade. There are drinks and snacks aboard if you want a refreshment.

Larger groups of 6 possible for private tours of guests living at the same address. (Message me to increase group size)

The places I show are away from the road and hard to find. We will be in the hills north of Silves between the Arade and Odelouca rivers. The first part of the journey is adventurous with ups and downs. The return journey is along a gentler path, with panoramic views of the Monchique hills and coastline.

I had a great two hours watching the sunset in the beautiful hills around Silves, talking about the history of the area. I'd recommend to anyone! do it with a wine tour at the end!

Thylbert est vraiment adorable nous avons pleins de beaux souvenirs lieu magnifique et partage de l'histoire et anecdotes sympathiques nous ne connaissions pas Silves et c'était vraiment intéressant ressourçant apaisant de découvrir en Jeep en regardant le coucher de soleil

Expérience exceptionnelle !!! Découverte d'endroits merveilleux avec un hôte extraordinaire, très bon guide. Si vous ne devez faire qu'une seule activité à Algarve c'est celui-ci. Nous avons été émerveillé avec mon mari.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment avec Thylbert qui a été accueillant et amical. Nous avons pu voir de magnifiques paysages et l'excursion était à la fois enrichissante et amusante. Bonne expérience en général, je recommande vivement.
