Join me off the beaten path, let's avoid the crowd in this hike in Banff National Park.
18km, ~ 7 hours, 655m elevation gain, where we will explore the beautiful meadows above the treeline, going through a majestic forest, creeks and we will be surrounded by wonderful peaks and stunning views.
We will meet at the trailhead where will we start our adventure. You will need your own transportation.
Allow me to guide you in this gorgeous experience. The pace of our adventure will be steady but comfortable. There will be plenty of time to enjoy the day while taking pictures, snacks and eating lunch in an area where everyone can rest and enjoy the views and the peace of nature. Then, we will return in the same way we came ending the trail with a new appreciation for the wonders of the park.
You will learn the tales of people, explorers, and guides, who contributed to the history of the park and what we see in the present day. We can also talk and learn about wildlife like Grizzly Bears and plants who live within the National Park.
Safety and communication will be the key to the enjoyment of this adventure.
