When you are a beginner and you try surfing for the first time, first I would like to explain you about the basic knowledge of surfing properly on the beach. After that, we are going to try to stand up on the board in a good way on the beach. When this is going well, we jump into the water. So, I there are a few things you have to know before we jump into the water:
- lay down on the board properly
- peddling out
- catching waves
- stand up on the board in the right way
- safety ocean,
The private surf lesson takes 2 hours in total end in 2 hours experience you will able to stand up on your board n ridding your first waves,

I’m Yanto and I’m from Sumatra. I’m already surfing since I’m 11 years old. I’ve been working as surf teacher in Sumatra for 5 years. 3 years ago, I moved to Bali to become a surf teacher in Canggu. I like to help all kind of people with surfing, I want they are happy in the end. I think I’m pretty good in teaching in a serious way and having fun at the same time with my customers. For me, treat the customer in a good way is really important. Every customer is different, so they all need another way of teaching. I guarantee you that you stand up in your 1st surfing lesson.
