Co będziecie robić

You will jump right in with a tour of the fitness and nutrition center, so you can feel right at home. We will then chat, so I can learn a little about you and your cooking background. During the experience we will review recipes, make a healthy drink, teach basic skills like safety and sanitation and knife chopping skills to name a few. You have the option to be hands on or just watch, but know it will take longer to eat if I'm doing everything by myself. The menu changes based on what's in season and what looks the best when I go shopping. After registering please inbox me if you have any allergies or items you do not like. Otherwise all meals are based on foods the Bible says we can eat. Here is a link of the food that could be incorporated in your meal. http://organicfanatic.blogspot.com/2008/02/approved-makers-diet-food-list.html . If you see something in particular on the list that you want included in your meal, just let me know. Please do not come to class hungry. We will not eat until the meal is prepared.

The class is held at CrossFit Lay It Down. It is a small studio type of fitness and nutrition center that specializes in semi-private classes. There is exercise equipment, mirrors, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a shower, office and breakroom in our facility.

My family and I wanted to do something special for Valentines day and decided to try this culinary experience. Wow! What a great choice. Alicia walked us through cooking a healthy and delicious meal all the while educating us about healthy choices, spices, foods, routines, ingredients, and more. She has great expertise and passion and freely shares it all. We left with a greater knowledge and a stronger commitment to eat better knowing we could do so without sacrificing some of our favorite foods. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn about healthy eating using a simplified approach.

We've been cooking healthy for a year. This was our 3rd cooking class during that time. Alicia taught us some valuable and handy techniques and gave us new information we did not already possess. I do recommend her class to beginners and intermediate home chefs who want to increase their knowledge and skill.

This is a good opportunity to learn about clean eating but not a good location, in a small gym, to have a “cooking class.”

Alicia was great! She was very knowledgeable on every question I had about healthy foods and better options. She shared her story with me of how she became interested in coaching for health and nutrition. Her back story and passion for what she does is very inspiring! Definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone! Also, the food we cooked was absolutely delicious!
