In this retreat you will experience a talk on mindfulness, a guided meditation, a bespoke guided mindful activity, a silent & relaxing self-reflection exercise, a reflection session, & time to be. In addition, you will receive plenty of opportunities to reconnect with your self, connect with like-minded people, and relax.
After this retreat you'll feel the benefits of meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, & connectedness. The techniques learned will help you to develop a more calm, clear, & focused state of mind. By practising these techniques, you'll be better able to navigate the pace & challenges of modern city life.
