We will start with a introduction on the beach explaining what is necessary to have the activity in a safer way and all the techniques to start surfing and we will do a warm up, that will take around 30 minutes. Them we will go to the water with the support of the coaches and will catch some waves and try to ride some waves for 1 hour. We will have a break between sessions to rest and eat something (that can be form 30minutes to 1 hour more or less). Then after the break we will review the stand-up technique and will go again for more waves and fun time for around 1h and 30 minutes. In the end normally everyone starts riding some waves and able to do get a good feeling if you want to improve and get better you will need to book more days. We offer to private lessons, surf guide, intermediate and advanced classes, but you need to consult us for availability. This is one of the most exciting sport and you will get addicted.
