Join me for a two-hour guided run to experience the beauty of Kendal. Depending on your level of fitness, we might explore the River Kent, Kendal Castle, Serpentine Woods or Scout Scar. We are very fortunate to have this Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) right on our doorstep, with its diverse flora and fauna and incredible views across the Lyth Valley to Morecambe Bay and the Lake District.

I sent my husband on this experience for his birthday. He enjoyed being guided by Heather, and not having to plan a route around an area not visited before. Heather is very friendly, clearly an expert in her field, and I would recommend this experience.

Booked our 22 year old son on this running experience with Heather, it was his first trail run and he thoroughly enjoyed the experience which left him wanting more! Would definitely recommend Heather.
