Join me for a half day guided walk to experience the beauty of Kendal. We will start and finish in town and walk gradually uphill through Sepentine Woods to Scout Scar. We are very fortunate to have this Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) right on our doorstep, with its diverse flora and fauna and incredible views across the Lyth Valley to Morecambe Bay and the Lake District.

We will start our walk from a meeting point in town, which will be close to your accommodation. It only takes 10-15 minutes to walk out of town and into the woods and countryside beyond.

We had a wonderful 3 hours exploring the beautiful countryside around Kendal. Heather is a very experienced and professional guide, whilst also being friendly, interesting and fun. We shall definitely ask Heather to guide us next time we are in Kendal. Recommend 100%!
