If your body is in need of a release, this experience is for you!

I’ll walk you through trigger point therapy, which is useful for treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain. Focusing on myofascial release, our session will relax contracted muscles, improve blood, oxygen, and lymphatic circulation. We’ll also stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles. Interestingly, there are many small muscles that affect your daily life. What's unique about trigger point therapy is that you can apply it for pain that you’ve had for years. It can help with arthritis, joint pain, headaches, tooth pain, and even the quality of your vision. The experience will be adjusted to individual or group needs. I'll explain the importance and benefits of this therapy, how it works, and where the pain is coming from.

To release the trigger points, we’ll use different sizes of balls. E.g., a golf ball, tennis ball, lacrosse ball, softball, or baseball. We’ll also use a foam roller. Don’t worry if you don’t have some of this equipment, you can always use household items or your hands.

Last but not least, you’ll gain valuable knowledge that you can use in the future to easily relieve any kind of pain.

I'm an Olympic pole vaulter and finalist in the 2016 Rio Games. I'm currently actively training for the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.

I’ve learned yoga, meditation, and yoga philosophy from Yoga master Vladimir Kalabin, Buddhist monks, and image medicine master Xu Mingtan at Shaolin temple. I've been practicing it for over 10 years.

I've been studying and practicing trigger point and myofascial release techniques for several years through my athletic career.

I'm also a martial arts expert and one of two certified instructors of the Warfare Combat system in the U.S.

From these non-traditional approaches, I know how to sync with the body and the power around and within us, and I can help you incorporate these lessons into your life.

I feel that simply every person can enjoy this experience - you don’t have to be fit or athletic, it’s more about getting to know how to deal with possible muscle tensions. In our situation it was learning how to counteract the hours of working at a desk. Pauls was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. He catered the experience exactly to our needs and went extra mile to explain everything, plus attached helpful materials afterwards, so that we can practice it on our own. My trigger point therapy session with Pauls was outstanding. I took away so much knowledge and practical information i can use anywhere in my own personal body maintenance. Pauls is a great teacher and listener and personalized our session to specific knee and foot issues i was having. I now have techniques i can continue to use on those areas of my body most in need. This was such a fun experience! I workout very often and due to Covid have not been able to get massages like I used to. This session helped relive muscle strain and relax my body. Pauls also made the session personalized based on issues we were having. I would highly recommend this experience!
