DEAR GUESTS, PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING AS THERE IS NO LIVE AVAILABILITY. WE CAN TAKE PRIVATE GROUPS NEARLY EVERY DAY IF YOU INQUIRE WELL AHEAD. We meet in Cape Town at 10 AM and set off for Uva Mira Mountain Vineyard, perched dramatically on top of a mountain overlooking the valleys outside Stellenbosch as well as the ocean. Here we test their best reds and whites before driving to the small town of Franschhoek. We continue our wine tasting experience by trying out the best MCC - Methode Cap Classique, at Colmant. The MCC is made exactly like champagne and the wine maker trained for many years in Champagne in France. Now it's time for lunch, which we eat at Protegé Restaurant. Next, we drive through the mountains to arrive at Vergelegen Estate. In this beautiful setting we will taste our next round of wines. We continue to the Morgenster Estate where we will be doing an olive oil tasting. After this experience it is time for us to head to Boutique Villa Guesthouse where we will check in, relax and perhaps go for a swim and freshen up for our fine dining experience at the best restaurant in South Africa - Waterkloof. Voted best restaurant in South Africa, dare I say that this restaurant will soon be in the top 5 of the world? Wine and dine and return to the guest house.
