During this guided walking meditation class you'll unwind, relax and connect with nature and spirit. Silence the inner chatter and allow yourself to receive!
We’ll start our activity with a walk in nature, along some secluded tracks within the Box Hill Estate. You’ll enjoy some good excercise, along with the beautiful scenery. About half way through the walk, we’ll set down for our meditation.
The unique approach to meditation that Giulia will teach will stay with you forever.
Other things to note
Dorking located in an area of outstaying natural beauty & even hosted the 2012 Olympic Games! If you are planning to stay over in the area I can provide excellent tip and recommendations to make the most of your trip!

After a powerful kundalini awakening experience in 2009, Giulia has been pursuing many types of spiritual practices such as energy healing, sound healing, and art therapy. She has been teaching meditation ever since.

The class is held outdoors in the beautiful Surrey Hills, only 40 minutes from exciting London! If you are arriving by train we will meet at the Box Hill and Westhumble train station. If you are arriving with a vehicle, we’ll meet at the designated carpark nearby. I will message you the information by text beforehand.
