We find ourselves in Florence and I'll take you with car to my organic farm, in a tuscan countryside area, very charming, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, located in "Fucecchio", about 35 minutes from Florence. We visit the cellar where I produce organic wine made with native tuacan grape varieties, we taste wine directly from the barrel! In our organic farm we grow a huge variety of aromatic herbs: oregano, dill, thyme, rosemary, and sage that are essential to complement and enlighten our meals. In an unhurried walk through our fields, we will teach you how to recognize and harvest each of them. After a little stroll among the olive trees we learn to cook traditional Tuscan dishes with herbs! Once back to the farm we will learn how to prepare a tasty appetizer and a complete 4 course meal including a traditional dessert (hands-on class) with the supervision of me or Jim. Then we will lunch in a fresh patio in summer or in our old style kitcken lightned by a fire place in winter. During the experience, you will have the opportunity to taste olive oil and wine of our own production. After lunch from May to October you can enjoy our swimming pool. The return journey is by train from the San miniato station ( 35 minutes) is the most comfortable way back to Florence avoiding car traffic. I'll take you to buy your ticket. We are going to have a great experience!

We are the owners of this famous pasta shop called "Dalle nostre mani". Our family owns an organic farm near Florence where we produce tuscan organic wine, olive oil, fruit and vegetable. The wine we make is lively, sincere and natural, produced in a way which is friendly towards the environment and the people who drink it. All farming operations, from pruning to grape harvesting, are carried out by hand with great enthusiasm, the same enthusiasm that marks how we produce these natural wines. Giulio are the owner of a farm, he is graduated in oenology and have a famous organic restaurant in Florence. The instructor Lapo is winemaker and "Cheese taster" by the ONAF "Cheese taster Italian Organization" and a Ph. D on pastoralism and free range system of the University of Florence. Every group has its own qualified instructor.
