Alan and Laura invite you into their clean and simple 1970s high desert home. You will be guided through 60 minutes of classical Hatha Yoga postures designed to calm the mind while stretching and toning the entire body. Expect to move and invigorate the body in a safe and nurturing space. Classes focus on intention rather than intensity and are suitable for every body. Mats and props provided. After class an informal Chinese tea ceremony will be presented, featuring speciality Oolong and Pu-erh. Come for the yoga and stay for the tea!
