This is a wonderful old estate on the banks of the Merrimack River. The White Room is a small room with a full size bed, a comfortable chair, a desk and TV. I have also added an electric teapot , tea and sugar. Due to the virus, each listing now has a private bathroom. The bathroom for the White Room is down the hall and around the corner.

Welcome to Waldingfield, a gentlemen's horse farm built in the 1920s. The French-Italianate Chateau is 10,000 square feet and sits on 40 acres with a handful of out-buildings. The grounds back up to the Ipswich River with 40 miles of walking trails in Appleton Farms. Horses, cows & sheep roam close by all year long. The town of Ipswich is made up of about 12,000 residents and most houses are in the historic, first period, New England style. Downtown offers restaurants, bars and shopping.
