Located just 3 miles from the book-lover's haven of Hay-on-Wye, famous for its literary festival and easygoing charm, it is the perfect place to escape to.
The property is a self contained annexe on the side of a stone farm house situated above the town of Hay-on-Wye, looking towards the Black Mountains,with fields that run down to the Offas Dyke pathway. It is an ideal base for walking, enjoying the River Wye or visiting Hay itself. We are very animal friendly and dogs are welcome , but will need to be kept on a lead when in the proximity of the free running poultry and sheep.
