Charming 2 bd/1ba, near parks and bike pathHello all! This was my first home and I just can’t part with it because it’s such a beautiful single family home with rustic decor. So I have decided to use it for any stays as you need! It is located two blocks from Vanderveer park and botanical center and the bike path that will take you anywhere in Davenport and bettendorf! It really is in the center of Davenport and located near anything you would need during a short or long stay. I am around town frequently and can help as needed!
Small apartment, close to everything.Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peak of the river. Free Hulu, Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️🌈 Owner occupied in lower unit, happy to answer questions and make your stay more comfortable.
