Wander is a memorable, renovated, original 1969 A-frame cabin tucked away on a 1/3 acre of land filled with old-growth trees located 20 minutes from the edge of the Mt. Baker National Forest. The property backs up onto public land that connects to the wild Columbia Basin. Wander is a cozy getaway for couples, with a queen bed tucked into the upper story. For groups, there are two snug twin beds and a comfy full-sized sofa bed. Wander sleeps 4 comfortably with an expansive deck for tents.
Beautifully crafted 1200 sq ft studio newly built by us! The space is full of light with forest and mountain views and has a private deck for relaxing on those warm summer evenings. Guests will enjoy custom millwork from trees milled and cut on our beautiful 6 acre property. This includes live edge counters and bar and custom built furniture and cabinets. This studio features a full bath with washer and dryer, large open kitchen, and a comfortable living room with a roku flat screen tv. There are also privacy curtains available for sleeping multiple guests. Enjoy heated floors throughout the space during the winter months, and air conditioning in the hot summer months. Also we provide complementary coffee and tea for all our guests!
This is a small cozy cabin on the creek, nestled amongst the towering cedar trees. You'll enjoy peaceful outdoor fires and relaxing soaks in the cedar wood-fired tub. Watch wildlife from the back porch or take the canoe for your own private creek excursion. A short ride east takes you into Mt. Baker's vast wilderness where you can enjoy the glaciers, mountains, rivers and trails. Head west and quench your thirst and hunger at Northfork Brewery and Pizzeria.
