A classic sea side cottage with so much heritage charm. Many of the original architectural details on the exterior have been restored. This property is located in a historic Bonavista neighbourhood, known as Canaille, which was known for public houses and the fishing class. Many homes in this area of town were constructed before roads. This is why the narrow laneways snake and wave around the homes today.

My home is a two storey, 100+ year old home which I have completely renovated in 2019. Guests will have access to full house with private paved parking. Main floor has bathroom with stand up shower. Full kitchen and living area with fireplace, wifi, cable, and netflex. Please note that off months (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March) has lowered prices, therefore does not provide Wifi, Netflix or Cable. Upstairs, 2 rooms with double beds and 3rd room with single bed. Ocean is minutes walking away!
