This newly converted bungalow apartment has its own garden & entrance . It’s part of a larger compound where another bungalow listed separately (see charming bungalow) is. It is safe for kids, comfortable, with a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor areas/ patio for lounging in. Local style hut. Pillar's in local teak logs; the roof skeleton in wood and covered in coconut leaf mesh. The walls are in wood and brick; on both sides (north and south) there are two openings on the upper part of the walls allowing wind circulation and fresh air in the room; adding to that there is a ceiling fan for additional comfort. The attached bathroom has an open roof and a small garden. The front porch is directly on the sand and has a shade where you can chill in hot hours.
